Shearwater’s Client Advisory team brings multiple analytical tools and metrics, plus an updated understanding of industry dynamics and corporate functions to help clients derive the most value from data

Insights filtered through experience and massaged to create meaningful input for client organizations

We support clients in different roles, for example, as an industry advisor, extracting meaningful insights and form transformative plans for our client; or as part of project team, acting on our recommended planning, or even company mentor, to coach and manage team structure and processes.

Our Client Advisory team is analytical but creative, leaders but also team players, working together with client to deliver outstanding results.

What you will do
+ Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
+ Turn data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions
+ Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
+ Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solutions
+ Communicate effectively in a structured manner
+ Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations

Qualification
+ Bachelor’s degree;
+ Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience preferred;
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
+ Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
+ Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language(s)
