What you will do
+ Developing and managing an end-to-end change management program
+ Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change.
+ Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership.
+ Manage identification of required leadership/stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance of leadership in an effective change process.
+ Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
+ Communicate effectively in a structured manner
+ Manage and mentor junior team members
+ Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
+ Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values
Qualification
+ Bachelor’s degree;
+ Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience preferred;
+ Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, turnaround and restructurings, M&A and integrations, and or investment banking is preferred
+ Ability to understand, analyze and interpret financial statements
+ Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis and managerial accounting
+ Strong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
+ Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments
+ Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
+ Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop business
+ Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
